  • Over 30 years safety and health related experiences in: utilities, manufacturing, construction and general industry audits; safety and health training; project management consulting; SOP writing; course design and delivery; and expert witness work. (1973 - Present).

  • Over 10 years experience as safety and health related consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense - Army Corps of Engineers in construction audits, writing of training manuals and training of over 2,000 field engineers and workers in safety related topics. (1989 - 1999).

  • Two years experience with Federal OSHA's 7(c)1 Program in Construction and General Industry Consulting and Research. (1992-1994).

  • Administrative oversight, coordination and continuous enhancement for safety and health training programs, participate in accident investigations and construction projects oversight within the Environment, Health and Safety.

  • Over 40 years experience in higher education administration, teaching and research. Served as university dean, department head, professorships in Environmental Health and Safety Engineering, Organizational Guidance and Research Associate. With over 35 published articles, training manuals and papers. (1964 - Present).
